Alex Lai
I’ve practiced bodywork since 2013, with experience from more than 8,000 sessions. My work draws on craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, and myofascial release.
Before bodywork, I ran an auto repair shop. You could hear the change when an engine was running well. I still listen closely—just with my hands.
I keep studying, repeat classes, and learn from the people who come to see me. Outside the practice, I love dancing, reading, cooking, and being a father.
