FAQ

A few practical answers before you book.

An antique watercolor study of the muscles and bones of the back.
What happens at my first session?

We’ll talk about what brings you in and what you’d like to focus on. Your first online booking includes a short intake form. During the session, let me know what you notice and what feels comfortable.

What should I wear?

Something soft and loose that you could nap in. You can stay clothed for this work.

How much pressure do you use?

Craniosacral work uses a very light touch. Other approaches may use more sustained pressure. You can always ask for more or less, change position, or stop.

How long is a session?

Choose 60 minutes for $130 or 90 minutes for $195. Both lengths are available through the online booking page.

How do I pay?

You pay by card when you book. I don’t ask for tips; the session is the price. Insurance isn’t billed.

Where do I go?

ODIGO Wellness, 3115 Hennepin Ave S, Minneapolis. Parking is behind the building. My room is upstairs; a downstairs room is available on request.

What if I need something to change?

Tell me. More pressure, less pressure, a different position, a pause, or stopping altogether—you can ask at any time.

Is bodywork a substitute for medical care?

No. If you need medical attention, please get medical attention. Bodywork is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
